In addition, two metro areas not previously ranked broke into the top five \u2013 Asheville, North Carolina, at No. 4, and Port St. Lucie, Florida, at No. 5. Both areas ranked high due to desirability and happiness scores; Asheville is also noteworthy for its affordable housing, while Port St. Lucie scored well for its retiree tax policy.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
