ICovid instructional signage in shared areas, third-party resident virtual events, and hands-free entry doors at the clubhouse and on fixtures in common area bathrooms were among other actions taken by respondents.<\/p>\n

Many respondents had introduced other new offerings in their amenity packages in the last two years, notably:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Rooftop track\/walking path<\/p>\n

Free Wi-Fi<\/p>\n

Dog-friendly streetscapes<\/p>\n

Rooftop off-leash dog park<\/p>\n

Picnic gazebo<\/p>\n

Rock climbing<\/p>\n

Pickleball courts\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Among the more interesting and unusual amenity upgrades cited:<\/p>\n

Senior in-house medical space<\/p>\n

Hydroponic farm\/aquaculture<\/p>\n

Food truck<\/p>\n

Circadian lighting<\/p>\n

Individual developments added art spaces, galleries, music practice rooms, and chess tables.<\/p>\n
