Thread a color throughout, wall hanging, pillows, a centerpiece, coffee table, or a rug.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Construction Features<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Don\u2019t forget the outside of the leasing center. Make sure the interior design is upgraded to the same caliber. Think about how an upscale apartment building feel. The outside is memorable, with fresh paint, updated features, and a statement piece. While the inside typically has floor to ceiling windows, hardwood floors, and vaulted ceilings.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Technology Hub<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A technology hub is essential, it doesn\u2019t have to be too flashy, but very functional.
